What are Childcare Vouchers?
- Childcare Vouchers are a tax efficient scheme to provide working parents with tax free funds towards paying for childcare.
- Depending on the rate of tax that you pay, working parents earning above the minimum wage are entitled to use up to £243 per month tax free from their gross salary towards their childcare costs in the form of Childcare Vouchers.
- Funds are collected from parent's salaries by their employer and then paid over to kidsunlimited. We then process the payments and pay the money over to you, the childcare provider, in the form of electronic transfer of funds directly into your account.
- Childcare Vouchers can be used for children aged 0 to 15 years, (or 16 years if the child has a disability) to pay towards registered:- nurseries, playgroups and pre-school / childminders / after-school clubs and breakfast clubs (wrap around care) / holiday play schemes / nannies.
- Childcare Vouchers are a regular and reliable form of payment for childcare services accepted by tens of thousands of Childcare Providers across the UK.
